Bench: 2 X 3 @ 295, 2 X 3 @ 305, 2 X 3 @ 315

Paused Deadlift: 4 X 4 @ 405

Front Squat: 2 X 10 @ 225, 2 X 10 @ 245

Pull-ups: 4 X 10

Tricep pushdowns: 4 X 15

 

Day 3: 12/12

Squat: 6 X 3 @ 455

Paused Bench: 4 X 4 @ 265

Snatch Grip DL off blocks: 3 X 10 @ 315

Ab Wheel: 3 X 10
