Im finished with my Transmutation cycle now and I’m very happy with how it went. I feel like I got a good amount of volume in with some decent weight. I think I probably could have handled a little more on my 5 X 2, but I think it’s better to leave some in the tank rather than burn out too soon.

Next week will be a deload. After that I will go for my heaviest pull before the meet.
