I had an awesome time this weekend down in  Sterling, CT, (never thought I’d say that) at the RPS New England Revolution powerlifting meet. I’m so proud of my friend and client, Alex for hitting a PR total and taking 1st in her division. Huge congrats to her! I had a great time with her and Tony (absolutely awesome guy and incredible strength coach. Check out his site http://bonvecstrength.com/).
