#Deadlift setup Push your #glutes back to the wall behind you. Hinge at the hips and push your glutes back until your hamstrings prevent you from moving back further. Keep tension in your hamstrings and weight on your heels. Grab the bar and squeeze! Breathe and brace your #abs hard. Use your #lats to pull the slack out of the bar. Use the weight as a counter balance to drive your weight on your heels and pull your chest up. Keep your #back in a neutral position. Allow your hips to lower a bit while keeping tension in your hamstrings. Stand up explosively through your heels.
